Michelle Baker

Michelle Baker is a strategy executive with over 30 years of experience specializing in aligning organizations to a centralized vision then executing strategic initiatives to achieve results. ​

For the past four years, Michelle has partnered with private equity backed companies to unlock the full potential of their people and operations. She has been instrumental in shaping both short-term and long-term strategies, aligning organizations to a single vision while prioritizing critical actions that accelerate transformation. Her work combines culture building, process discipline and data-driven insights to ensure execution sticks. Most recently, Michelle was the Chief Transformation officer for A. Stucki Company, where she drove holistic transformations, responsible for enabling a unified go-to-market strategy driving people, process and technology integration. ​

Previously, Michelle spent a decade in telecommunications with Comcast Cable and Cox Communications, leading large-scale transformation programs resetting North Star Strategies, launching new product, enabling business intelligence and data science capabilities, and executing commercial growth programs. Earlier in her career, she advanced her strategy and finance competencies in roles with The Coca-Cola Company, FleetCor, AHL Services, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, where she supported global restructures, closed fifty-four acquisitions, redesigned antiquated processes and systems, and developed strategies to deliver double digit growth. ​

Michelle is passionate about un-tapping the potential in people and enjoys mentoring entrepreneurs and start-up companies. She holds degrees in Finance and Economics from the University of Florida and an EMBA from Emory University. She resides in Jacksonville, FL with her husband and daughters.​

Josh LeCure

Josh LeCure is a proven leader in data strategy, with a passion for driving change through data driven decision making.  With an extensive background in enterprise analytics and strategic leadership, he specializes in developing and deploying solutions that enhance customer and employee experiences. His expertise extends across a variety of domains including AI enablement, product value proposition, digital transformation, and customer care strategies. He has helped a broad range of organizations (Fortune 50’s, Private Equity backed turnarounds, the Department of the Navy and healthcare), capitalize on their data to increase revenue and reduce costs while improving the customer experience.

At Pivital Partners, Josh works with senior executives to scale and mature enterprise data strategy. He is instrumental in advising from the top C-suite down to entry level analyst, ensuring projects align with overarching business goals and deliver substantial impact. Josh is goal oriented, supporting partners from building their first data warehouse all the way to enabling AI initiatives.​ ​

Prior to Pivital Partners, he was an executive in Comcast’s Enterprise Business Intelligence organization, where he led the Customer and Product Experience data domain. During his tenure, he was the data leader to transform Comcast’s Customer Experience, elevating NetPromoter Score from -30 to +10 and generating over $1B in operational savings, through design and implementation of AI products and analytics insights. Additional experience includes GlaxoSmithKline, Deloitte Consulting, and ColdLight Solutions, a machine learning start up supporting the healthcare space.​

Josh enjoys connecting with like-minded professionals and organizations who seek to utilize data for profound business improvements. He has obtained a Masters in Mathematics from George Mason University and a Bachelors in Mathematics from Virginia Commonwealth University. He resides in Philadelphia, PA with his wife and two children.​
